Restaurants can manage orders received through MENO from the Orders section of the dashboard.

To view an order:

  1. Open Orders from the MENO dashboard.
  2. Select the relevant outlet.
  3. Find the required order using the available search, status, or date filters.
  4. Select the order to open its details.

The order details can include:

  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Date and time
  • Outlet
  • WhatsApp status
  • Order status
  • Total order value
  • Order items
  • Variations and selected options
  • Add-ons
  • Order ID

From the order details, the restaurant can also manage the order status.
