How Do Customers Place and Send an Order?

After completing the checkout details, customers can place their order.

To place an order:

Review the items in your cart.
Confirm your verified WhatsApp number.
Confirm your address details.
Select the available payment method.
Review the Bill Summary and total amount.
Select Place Order.
After the order is placed, MENO displays an option to Send on WhatsApp.
Select Send on WhatsApp to send the order through WhatsApp.

The customer can then send the order message to the restaurant through WhatsApp.

The order is also available in MENO’s Orders section for the restaurant to manage.
