How Do Customers Access the Digital Menu?

Customers can access a restaurant’s MENO digital menu by either scanning the QR code provided by the outlet or opening the outlet’s menu link.

To access the menu:

1. Scan the restaurant’s QR code or open the outlet’s menu link.
2. The restaurant’s outlet page will open.
3. Select the available Menu.
4. Browse the categories and menu items available in that menu.

An outlet can have menus assigned to it, and customers can access the menus available for that outlet.

Important: A Menu and a Menu Item are different in MENO. A Menu contains the menu items that the restaurant wants to display to customers.
